Greenleaf Trust announces two Certified Trust Operations Professional® certifications.

Greenleaf Trust is pleased to share Assistant Director of Operations, Andrea Stidmon, and Senior Trust Operations Analyst, Hayley Smith-Bailey, have successfully achieved their Certified Trust Operations Professional (CTOP^®) certification.

As Assistant Director of Operations, Andrea provides leadership to the Operations Division and is responsible for the oversight of trust operations performed to accurately reflect all client account activity. She has a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and an M.B.A. from Bowling Green State University.

Senior Trust Operations Analyst – Team Lead, Hayley provides leadership to the client accounts team and helps support the rest of the Greenleaf Trust Operations Division. Hayley graduated from Western Michigan University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in electronic business marketing.

The Certified Trust Operations Professional® is a certification for professionals working in trust and securities operations activities in the financial services industry. The coursework focuses on an established set of industry-wide competencies that cover the concepts, rules, regulations, laws, and standard operating procedures that a candidate should be proficient in the trust and securities operations field.

Successful CTOP^® candidates must complete an approved study program, submit an application and letter of recommendation and pass the three-hour exam.
