Greenleaf Trust Announces SHRM Certifications

Assistant Director of Human Resources, Jackie Sperling, earned her SHRM Senior Certified Professional designation and Benefits Specialist, T’Ausia Allen, earned her SHRM Certified Professional designation.

Jackie Sperling recently earned her SHRM Senior Certified Professional designation and T’Ausia Allen earned her SHRM Certified Professional designation. Offered by the Society for Human Resource Management, the SHRM-SCP and SHRM-CP are globally recognized credentials for human resources professionals. These certifications recognize expertise across key areas of the profession, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, workplace culture and leadership.

The SHRM-SCP is intended for professionals who operate at the strategic level, leading HR initiatives, shaping policies and aligning human resources strategies with organizational goals. The SHRM-CP is designed for professionals who work primarily at the operational level, supporting day-to-day HR functions and serving as a resource for team members and leaders. Earning these designations reflects a commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence.

Jackie is responsible for supporting the evolving talent needs of Greenleaf Trust through recruiting, talent acquisition and human resources operations. She develops partnerships with leaders across the organization and oversees recruiting strategies, employee programs and HR initiatives. Jackie earned her bachelor of business administration with an emphasis in human resources management from Western Michigan University and is a Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist through the Academy to Innovate HR.

T’Ausia is primarily responsible for benefits administration, HR compliance and legal matters, while supporting the development and execution of human resources strategy, policies and objectives. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources management from Western Michigan University.
