Crain's Grand Rapids Business Recognizes Greenleaf Trust as One of the 2026 Best Places to Work in West Michigan

To be considered, companies participated in a comprehensive evaluation process that included both an employer assessment and an employee survey. The process examined workplace policies, benefits, professional development opportunities and employee feedback regarding culture, leadership, communication and overall job satisfaction. Final rankings were determined by the combined results of both components.
