Erin Kiessling recently earned her Certified Trust Operations Professional^® designation. The Certified Trust Operations Professional^® is a professional certification for individuals working in trust and securities operations within the financial services industry. The program is based on an established set of industry competencies covering concepts, rules, regulations, laws and standard operating procedures that are essential to the field. Successfully earning this designation reflects a strong commitment to professional development and expertise in trust and securities operations.

Erin is responsible for the settlement of equity, fixed income and mutual fund trades, as well as capital structure changes. Her achievement demonstrates a dedication to continued learning and excellence in her work supporting Greenleaf Trust clients and colleagues. Erin graduated from Siena Heights University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and earned the Certified Trust Operations Professional^® designation.
