Greenleaf Trust is pleased to welcome the following teammates to our operations and client centric teams:

Jessica Brown joins Greenleaf Trust as trust operations specialist. She is responsible for cash processing, along with providing support to the operations team.  She has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. She earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Saginaw Valley State University.

Megan VanOosten also joins as trust operations specialist. She is responsible for document preparation, account opening and maintenance, and assisting the client centric team with the administration of their accounts. Megan has a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University.

Brianna Rhinesmith joins as a trust operations specialist as well. She is responsible for the review of assets belonging to potential clients, preparation for incoming accounts, and transfers of assets between prior custodians and Greenleaf Trust. She has been working in finance overall for four years, with a background specifying in bank operations.

Joining our client centric team, Donna Bourbeau is the newest client service representative. Her responsibilities include delivering comprehensive administrative support to the Personal Trust Division, participation in marketing events, providing reception area coverage, as well as supporting the efforts of Greenleaf Trust’s business development officers. Donna has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Stonehill College.

Dawn Schavey joins the client centric team in Grand Rapids as team service coordinator. She is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, day-to-day servicing of account needs, and driving the efforts of the client centric team. She ensures clear, concise communication by coordinating the team’s workflow and acts as an ongoing resource for clients. Dawn has a 20-year background in Higher Education and earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Grand Valley State University.
