Participant Services Administrator
Nick responds to incoming participant inquiries through various channels. His primary responsibilities include providing participant account support as well as education on retirement plan design and investment options in the various retirement plans administered by Greenleaf Trust. Nick earned a Bachelor of Science in human biology from Michigan State University and brings over five years of experience in service-oriented roles.

Business Development Officer - West Michigan
Quincy is responsible for new business development with a focus on company-sponsored retirement plans. He has over 12 years of sales experience in the insurance and technology sectors with a deep focus on organizational strategy and customer service. Quincy is a veteran of the United States Navy and a graduate of Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication.
Katie Mallette, QPA®, QKA®, ERPA
Senior Recordkeeping Specialist - Team Lead
Katie’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the Recordkeeping Team; ensuring participant accounts are accurately maintained and plans retain their qualified status. Katie has over 21 years of experience in 401(k) administration. A graduate of Western Michigan University with an accounting degree, she has earned the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA®), Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA®), and Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) designations.
Jaron Tuttle, QKA®
Senior Recordkeeping Specialist
Jaron specializes in the daily recordkeeping and administration of our defined contribution retirement plans ensuring compliance with ERISA and maintaining the DOL qualified status. He has over 12 years of experience in the retirement and welfare benefit plan industry. A graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Jaron has earned his Qualified 401(k) Administrator® (QKA) credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA).

Robenson provides education and communication services to participants of various retirement plans. He also conducts retirement plan enrollment meetings, meets with plan participants, develops education and informational materials, manages incoming participant inquiries, and processes participant requests. Robenson received his bachelor’s from Florida International University, majoring in Marketing; he brings over 10 years of customer service experience to Greenleaf Trust.

Thanya’s primary responsibilities include the day-to-day recordkeeping of participant retirement accounts and annual compliance work as well as focusing on process improvements and project management. She has more than 25 years of experience in the retirement and welfare benefits industry. Thanya is a graduate of Oakland University with a degree in finance.

Christie’s focus is supporting retirement plan clients by way of excellent, proactive service, managing the plan conversions process and building strong, productive relationships. She has 30 years of experience providing outstanding service, most notably in healthcare for over 20 years.

Jeff is responsible for new business development with a focus on company-sponsored retirement plans. He has nearly 20 years of sales experience in the banking and finance sector, and is proficient in business operations management and customer service. Jeff graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor of business administration in sales and business marketing.

Asa is responsible for identifying business improvements and opportunities for organizational development. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and his master’s degree in organizational change leadership from Western Michigan University.

Lisa leads our participant service team in providing education and account support services to participants of the various retirement plans we serve. She also conducts retirement plan education for her individual clients by developing informative materials, meeting with plan participants and supporting the participant help center. Lisa earned a bachelor of science degree from Central Michigan University, has over 20 years of customer service experience as well as several years of experience supporting retirement plans.

Tyler’s primary responsibilities include the day-to-day recordkeeping and annual compliance work on retirement plans. He has more than 15 years of experience in banking and trust services and is a graduate of the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University with a degree in finance.

Melissa is responsible for assisting with Greenleaf Trust’s in-house participant recordkeeping system. She has over 20 years of experience in both trust operations and in retirement plan arena. Melissa attended both Delta College in Saginaw, Michigan and Kalamazoo Valley Community College.

Michelle has more than 24 years of employer sposored retirement plan and human resources experience as well as more than 35 years of customer service experience.

Lorey provides education and communication services to our many retirement plan clients. She conducts group enrollment and education meetings, meets individually with plan participants to focus on personal retirement goals, develops our education and informational materials, maintains the investment performance and is passionate about the participant web experience. Lorey has been with Greenleaf Trust since 1998 and has over 32 years of experience in the retirement plan field. She is a Central Michigan University graduate.

Senior Relationship Manager
Chris serves as a retirement plan client services specialist for 401(k) and other defined contribution retirement plans. She has over 30 years of business administration experience, including servicing employee and retirement benefit plans, budget and financial analysis, and sales and contract management support. Chris is a graduate of University of Michigan-Flint with a degree in business administration. Chris has earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator® certification through the American Society of Pension Professionals.

With more than twenty years of experience, Chris leads the Retirement Plan Services Division of Greenleaf Trust and provides client service for individuals, retirement plans, and corporations. His community involvement includes serving on numerous boards and committees within the community. Chris graduated from Western Michigan University with his bachelor’s and master’s degrees, and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association National Graduate Trust School. He is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor.

Kathleen serves as a relationship manager for 401(k) and other defined contribution retirement plans. She has more than 30 years of experience, provides leadership to the Retirement Plan Division and manages the plan recordkeeping and administration team. As a team lead, Rosie is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to clients and teammates alike. Rosie earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management from Western Michigan University. Rosie also earned the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist certification through the College for Financial Planning. She actively participates in several community organizations.
