Melissa’s primary responsibilities include the day-to-day recordkeeping and annual compliance work on retirement plans. She has over 30 years of experience in both trust operations and in the retirement plan arena. Melissa attended both Delta College in Saginaw, Michigan and Kalamazoo Valley Community College. She has earned her Qualified 401(k) Administrator® credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.
