Greenleaf Trust announces two certifications in Human Resources

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Lisa Luebke recently completed the Professional Certificate in Human Resources and Talent Management from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business. The program aims to provide human-centric strategies to create high-performing teams and an equitable company culture. The three four-week classes focused on Human Resource Talent Strategy, Building High-Performance Organizations and Developing Organizational Culture. Lisa’s newest certification comes after receiving her Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter through AIRS last year.

Fellow Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Jacqueline Sperling has completed the required courses and exam and achieved the designation of Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist through Academy to Innovate HR. The certification program focuses on recruiting in today’s digital era and labor market environment by creating end-to-end candidate-centric recruitment funnels.

As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists, Lisa and Jacqueline are responsible for meeting the evolving needs of Greenleaf Trust and finding the best talent for each position. They develop partnerships with leaders and manage the recruiting process, including finding creative and innovative ways to attract and search for top talent. Lisa is a graduate of Western Michigan University and earned her Bachelor of Science in elementary education/early childhood. Jackie is also a graduate of Western Michigan University and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in human resources management.
