Peggy Anderson has been named Vice President, Assistant Director of Operations. Peggy is responsible for the leadership and oversight of trust operational activity performed by members of the division to accurately establish, maintain and report all client account activity. She has over 27 years of experience in the financial industry and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Indiana State University.

Nick Juhle has been named Vice President, Assistant Director of Wealth Management. Nick is responsible for leading Greenleaf Trust’s team of wealth management advisors. He also plays a key role within the Research Division, focused primarily on investment manager selection and contributing to individual equity analysis and strategic asset allocation. Nick brings over ten years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as a senior equity research associate at Robert W. Baird & Company covering the healthcare, IT and services sectors. Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Michigan Ross School of Business and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Josh Wheeler has been named Vice President, Assistant Director of Research–Equities. Josh leads the equity research team and covers the financial, industrial and consumer sectors. Prior to Greenleaf Trust, he was a senior equity research associate at Morgan Stanley covering midcap banks, an investment banker for St. Charles Capital, and a corporate credit analyst for Zions Bancorporation. Josh has a bachelor’s degree from Hope College and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Brenda Hildon-Kaempf has been named Senior Team Service Coordinator, Team Lead. Brenda is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, day-to-day servicing of account needs and driving the efforts of the client centric team. As a team lead, Brenda is also responsible for the leadership and mentoring of the team service coordinators and client service representatives. Brenda has over 20 years of experience in the financial and client service industry and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University. Theresa Burgos has been named Senior Team Service Coordinator, Team Lead. Theresa is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, day-to-day servicing of account needs, and driving the efforts of the client centric team. As a team lead, Theresa is also responsible for the leadership and mentoring of the team service coordinators. Theresa has earned a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University.

Kevin Jawahir has been named Vice President, Assistant Director Personal Trust. Kevin is responsible for providing trust services to individual clients and nonprofit organizations. Kevin is also responsible for directing our team of trust relationship officers to ensure our clients receive remarkable service. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, which, prior to joining Greenleaf Trust, included providing clients with comprehensive commercial lending and private banking solutions. A graduate of Kalamazoo College and the American Bankers Association Graduate Trust School, Kevin is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.

Wendy Cox has been named Vice President, Assistant Director Personal Trust. Wendy’s responsibilities include providing a trust perspective to all wealth management discussions, and coordinating planning strategies with other professional advisors, such as tax advisors or estate planning attorneys. Wendy practiced law for 16 years in the areas of probate and trust litigation, complex probate and trust administration, preparation of estate, fiduciary and gift tax returns, and drafting estate planning and business succession documents. She earned her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Michigan. Wendy is a designated Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.

Mary Schiffhauer has been named Senior Operations Technician. Mary’s primary responsibilities include document preparation, account opening and maintenance, and assisting the client centric team with the administration of their accounts. Mary graduated from the University of South Florida and has 25 years of customer service and project management experience.

Asa Davis has been named Business Process Analyst. Asa is responsible for documenting company procedures and identifying areas for process improvement. He has over ten years of experience in the financial services industry and earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University with a concentration in finance.

Karen Baldwin has been named Vice President, Director of Human Resources. Karen is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Human Resources and the administration of policies, procedures and programs. Karen has more than 15 years of experience in the banking industry as well as more than 20 years of human resources experience. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University and has her Certified Staffing Professional designation.
