Patrick Bruining and Mercedes Sims join Greenleaf Trust as a trust operations specialists. Patrick is responsible for cash processing, along with providing support to the rest of the operations team. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and sports management from Aquinas College. Mercedes provides account opening, processing and assists the client centric team with the administration of their accounts. She has a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University.

Taylor Farrell joins the team as a marketing assistant. She is responsible for supporting the marketing and new business development team in projects including social media, public relations and event planning. She also assists in the administration of key performance reporting. A graduate of Kalamazoo College, Taylor earned her bachelor’s degree in business and English with an emphasis in writing.
