Greenleaf Trust is pleased to welcome an associate program team lead, trust relationship officer, and two new team service coordinators:

Carlos Clay Jr. joins Greenleaf Trust as an associate program team lead in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He is responsible for assisting with leading the administration and day-to-day responsibilities of special programs, to include the Greenleaf Trust Scholarship & Internship program and Wealth Development Club. Carlos provides technical and administrative support, as well as develops and administers all program policies and procedures through program integration. He has nearly 10 years of experience in secondary education administration and an associate of arts degree from Kalamazoo Valley Community College.

Greenleaf Trust welcomes Joshua Gibbs as trust relationship officer in Grand Rapids. As a trust relationship officer at Greenleaf Trust, Josh is responsible for the day-to-day trust administration and fiduciary compliance of his clients. With over nineteen years of experience in the financial services industry, he is well versed in banking and debt structures, financial administration, and financial education. Prior to joining Greenleaf Trust, Josh held leadership roles at an international trust bank, and Michigan-based community banks. Josh has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Kalamazoo College, a master’s degree in business administration from the Central Michigan University, and is a graduate of the Robert Perry School of Banking.

Joining the team in Birmingham as a team service coordinator is Maggie Walker. Maggie is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, day-to-day servicing of account needs, and driving the efforts of the client centric team. She ensures clear, concise communication by coordinating the team’s workflow and acts as an ongoing resource for clients. Maggie is an alumna of Western Governors University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in special education and a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction.

Carol Jackson joins Greenleaf Trust as team service coordinator in Midland, Michigan. She is responsible for providing administrative support, day-to-day servicing of accounts and clients’ needs, driving the efforts of the client centric team, coordinating the team’s workflow and acting as an ongoing resource for clients.  Carol has over 33 years of experience as a legal assistant in the areas of wealth management, real estate, estate planning and litigation.  Carol earned a bachelor of science in education degree from Central Michigan University.  She has a composite major in business education, a minor in office education-secretarial and is vocationally certified in office education.
