Greenleaf Trust is pleased to announce three promotions:

Ondrea Brussee has been promoted to database application support specialist as a part of our Business Information Services Division. She is responsible for the support and administration of applications within database systems.  She is also responsible for data reporting, data visualization and process documentation.  Ondrea is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in political science and public administration.

Also joining the Business Information Services Division is Mercedes Sims with her promotion to project manager. Mercedes is responsible for the oversight of projects and identifying areas for process improvement. She works with all divisions to help lead successful and timely implementations. Mercedes has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Western Michigan University.

Jackie Sperling has been promoted to senior talent acquisition specialist as a part of the Human Resources Division. She is responsible for meeting the evolving needs of Greenleaf Trust and finding the best talent for each position. She develops partnerships with leaders and manages the recruiting process, including finding creative and innovative ways to attract and search for top talent. Jackie is a graduate of Western Michigan University and earned her bachelor of business administration with an emphasis in HR Management. She is also a Certified Human Resources Professional and a certified Gallup Strengths Coach.
