Hanna M. Channell

Hanna is responsible for designing, developing and overseeing the Training and Development Program which enhances the skills, knowledge and performance of all team members.  She collaborates with all divisions in order to deliver trainings that align with the organization’s core values and strategic goals.  With her bachelor’s degree in education and master’s degree from Western Michigan University, Hanna has over fifteen years experience in teaching, curriculum development and client service.
