• Frank is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the Greenleaf Trust team. He works with a variety of systems and technologies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Frank earned an associate degree and a certificate in IT Cybersecurity and System Administration from Southwestern Michigan College. He also holds a CompTIA Security+ certification.

Project Manager

• Betty is responsible for managing project scoping, benchmarking, planning and execution across all divisions. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from UNC Charlotte and a master’s degree in organizational change leadership from Western Michigan University. Betty has over five years of PM experience and is a certified Project Management Professional^®.

Senior Salesforce Administrator

• Joel is responsible for providing support for the Salesforce CRM through smart automation, documenting and testing new Salesforce releases, working to provide resources and training for Salesforce users, and creating document generation solutions. He graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in education. Joel is a Salesforce Certified Administrator, and has been in the Salesforce environment for six years.

Database Application Support Specialist

• Ondrea provides support and administration of applications within database systems. She is also responsible for data reporting, data visualization and process documentation. Ondrea is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in political science and public administration.

She has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

• Brian is responsible for improving efficiency and effectiveness throughout Greenleaf Trust by aligning and leveraging data, processes and applications, and working as a liaison between the Data Management Team and end users. He has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, including trust operations, trust investments, and wealth management. Brian is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in finance.

Kristen L. Rollins

Senior Systems Engineer

• Kristen is responsible for installing, maintaining, and monitoring systems and network infrastructure, ensuring security and reliability. She also contributes to the design, implementation and integration of new systems and technology within Greenleaf Trust. Kristen earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Western Michigan University and holds multiple industry certifications.

Technical Service Manager

• Todd’s responsibilities are to oversee the BIS infrastructure team as well as the systems infrastructure. He has over 25 years of experience working in the IT industry, earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Grand Valley State University and has accumulated several technical industry certifications.

• Jermaine is responsible for researching and administering application support for Greenleaf Trust. The solutions he delivers maximize efficiency by leveraging workflows and sharing data across multiple platforms. Jermaine has a decade of banking and financial services experience. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Western Michigan University and a master’s in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
