Tracy L. Gauthier

Tracy is responsible for leading Greenleaf Trust’s governance, risk, and compliance and risk management processes through policy and procedure development, regulatory implementation and process improvement initiatives. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, and her accomplishments include developing a culture of compliance, serving as Bank Secrecy Act Officer and facilitating enterprise-wide risk management practices assisting with all aspects of account management. Tracy has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, at Davis and has earned the designation of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
