Taylor is responsible for supporting the Director of Marketing with a focus on the execution of digital media campaigns, managing organic and paid social media accounts, reporting Key Performance Indicators and ROI. She is also responsible for evaluating multi-layered marketing and digital strategies to leverage all aspects of the brand in support of Greenleaf Trust’s mission. A graduate of Kalamazoo College, Taylor earned her bachelor’s degree in business and English. Taylor has nearly ten years of marketing experience and is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) from the Digital Marketing Institute and has a Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) designation from the American Marketing Association. She is also an Adobe Certified Professional in Print & Digital Media Publication Using Adobe InDesign.
