Olivia Oosterbaan

Olivia is be responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Client Centric and Business Development teams, as well as acting as a liaison with other divisions with a focus on support of strategic initiatives.  She also provides general assistance to the Marketing team, support for the Kalamazoo office and Client Service Representative team and support for the Chief Client Officer. A cum laude graduate of the University of Montana, Olivia earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in business administration.
