Mercedes M. Sims, CAPM®

Mercedes is responsible for the oversight of projects and identifying areas for process improvement. She works with all divisions to help lead successful and timely implementations. Mercedes has a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from Western Michigan University. She is also a Certified Associate in Project Management through the Project Management Institute.
