Kim oversees the administration of employee health and welfare plans, providing technical and administrative human resources guidance as well as assisting with planning, organization, development and administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs. Kim also co-coordinates the Greenleaf Trust Scholarship/Internship program. She ensures clear, concise communication by coordinating the team’s workflow and acts as an ongoing resource for team members.  She attended Northern Arizona University and has over 27 years of experience serving team members in a supportive work culture environment.
