Team Service Coordinator
Kerri is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, day-to-day servicing of account needs, and driving the efforts of the client centric team. She ensures clear, concise communication by coordinating the team’s workflow and acts as an ongoing resource for clients. Kerri has unique experience in education, account management and customer service. She has earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Western Michigan University and a master’s degree in public health from Michigan State University.
