Kathleen serves as a relationship manager for 401(k) and other defined contribution retirement plans. She has more than 30 years of experience, provides leadership to the Retirement Plan Division and manages the plan recordkeeping and administration team. Kathleen is a Qualified 401(k) Administrator and a graduate of Western Michigan University.
