Jenn’s primary responsibility is to lead the processing function for all transactions regarding retirement plans serviced by Greenleaf Trust. Responsibilities include, processing of defined contribution payroll and census files, rollovers, loans, distributions and fees. Along with providing consultation with plan sponsors and designated staff on the upload process within the Greenleaf Trust secured website. Jenn has 20 years experience in the retirement plan industry and is a graduate of Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University with a degree in marketing and business.
