James W. Gray, CFA®

Jim works closely with other members of Greenleaf Trust’s Executive Council in creating, communicating, executing and sustaining the company’s strategic plan. He has also led the company’s research, wealth management and personal trust divisions. Jim has an extensive background in investments, global banking and manufacturing, and spent nearly two decades at Whirlpool Financial Corporation and Whirlpool Corporation. He earned a finance degree from the University of Southern Indiana, is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of West Michigan, and serves on the Investment Committee of the Western Michigan University Foundation Board.
