Jackie M. Sperling, PHR, SHRM-CP, CTAS

Jackie is responsible for meeting the evolving needs of Greenleaf Trust and finding the best talent for each position. She develops partnerships with leaders and manages the recruiting process including finding creative and innovative ways to attract and search for top talent. She also manages the day-to-day operations of HR and the administration of policies, procedures, and programs. Jackie is a certified Gallup Global Strengths coach and assists with team building initiatives throughout the organization focusing on employees’ strengths. Jackie is a graduate of Western Michigan University and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in human resources management. She is also a Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist through the Academy to Innovate HR.
