Brenda is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, day-to-day servicing of account needs and driving the efforts of the client centric team. She ensures clear and concise communication by coordinating the team’s workflow and acts as an ongoing resource for clients. As a team lead, Brenda is also responsible for the leadership and mentoring of the team service coordinators and client service representatives. Brenda has over 20 years of experience in the financial and client service industry and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University.
