Andrea is responsible for shaping and advancing the Operation division’s long-term strategy. She works to prioritize and oversee high-level initiatives, drive measurable improvements in process efficiency and overall organizational performance through the continuous evaluation of operational practices. Andrea has over ten years of experience in Trust Operations, has earned her Certified Trust Operations Professional® designation and has a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and an M.B.A. from Bowling Green State University.
