Assistant Vice President, Assistant Director of Operations - Strategy and Process

Andrea provides leadership to the Operations Division with a focus on process improvement and efficiency and an eye on overall strategy in the division. Andrea has a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University, an M.B.A. from Bowling Green State University and has earned the Certified Trust Operations Professional designation.
