Greenleaf Trust, a Michigan-chartered wealth management firm with $16 billion in assets under advisement*, announced that it has been recognized as one of 2023 Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness® by the National Association for Business Resources.

The winning companies were evaluated by an assessment created and administered by a leading wellness research firm. Each entry was examined statistically for quantitative and qualitative data. Each survey was scored on a point system based upon criteria to benchmark and improve wellness program effectiveness. They include outcomes, analysis, tracking, participation and incentives, benefits and programs, leadership, employee input, culture and environment.

“Those companies that made the list as well as those companies that continue to make the list are truly remarkable. Given today’s need for mental health, wellbeing and the further issues related to the pandemic, these companies have proven they are superior to market conditions. They are elite thinkers, and this honor demonstrates their commitment to excellence,” said Jennifer Kluge, President, and CEO of NABR and The Best and Brightest Program.

“Greenleaf Trust is invested in the health and wellness of our team,” said Karen Baldwin, Greenleaf Trust’s Executive Vice President, Director of Human Resources. “We want our employees to come to work as the best version of their authentic selves each day. We are honored by our recognition as a Best and Brightest company in Wellness.”

Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness® winning companies will have an opportunity to collaborate with other winners during the National Best and Brightest Summit September 27 and September 28, 2023, at the Detroit Athletic Club. On September 27th there will be networking and social activities. On September 28th are the educational activities, discussion roundtables, interactive networking, and special awards.
