Firm earns accolades as premier West Michigan and financial services employer
April 11, 2019, Kalamazoo, MI – Greenleaf Trust, an independent Michigan-chartered, trust-only bank and wealth management firm with $12 billion in assets under advisement, announced it’s been named to the Great Place to Work® and Fortune’s Annual Best Places to Work list. In the same month, Greenleaf Trust was also listed as one of West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®. Both awards honor businesses dedicated to enriching the lives of their employees and fostering a positive work environment.
Greenleaf Trust was one of just four Michigan-headquartered businesses named to the Great Place to Work® and Fortune’s Annual Best Places to Work list. The ranking is based solely on employee feedback and evaluation, describing the extent to which their organization creates a Great Place to Work for All™. Similarly, the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For organization evaluates employee feedback based on key measures. These measures include: engagement, compensation, benefits and employee solutions, education and development opportunities and work-life balance. Greenleaf Trust has been named a Best and Brightest Company to Work For in Michigan (West Michigan and Metro Detroit) nine consecutive years, and ranked nationally five times.
