August 29, 2017 Kalamazoo, Michigan – Wealth management firm, Greenleaf Trust, has been named the #3 (out of 100) Cool(est) Places to Work in Michigan. The annual list is compiled by Crain’s Detroit Business and Best Companies Group.

This Cool Places to Work survey and award program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Michigan, in terms of benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses.

Organizations and companies from across the state enter the two-part survey process. The first part evaluates each nominee’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consists of an employee survey to measure employee experience. The combined scores determine the top organizations and final ranking. Best Companies Group manages the overall endeavor.
