Greenleaf Trust Announces the Addition of Six Team Members

Steven Jarzambek joins the team as a Project Manager. He is responsible for leading project planning and execution across complex, cross‑functional initiatives within Greenleaf Trust. Steven earned a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Western Michigan University. He has over five years of project management experience and is working towards becoming a certified Project Management Professional.

Joshua Knepple joins the team as an IT Service Specialist. He is responsible for providing technical support and assistance that helps ensure smooth, reliable day‑to‑day operations across the organization. Joshua works with a variety of systems and technologies and holds a CompTIA Security+ certification, reinforcing his focus on secure and effective technology solutions.

Alison Marr joins the team as a Family Office Coordinator. She serves as providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring the seamless day‑to‑day service of client account needs. Alison brings a strong background in financial services, client coordination and operations management, with experience conducting client needs analyses, supporting fiduciary responsibilities and managing complex documentation and processes. She is committed to building meaningful client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Gabe Rathburn joins the team as a Wealth Management Associate. He is responsible for supporting the wealth management team in the development of comprehensive wealth management plans, the execution of goal-based planning and the management of investment portfolios. Gabe earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in finance from Ferris State University.

Mandi Senft joins the team as a Project Manager. She is responsible for leading project planning and execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives. Mandi specializes in driving alignment, efficiency and accountability from concept through launch. She received her degree in Sales and Marketing from Western Michigan University and earned her Project Management Professional^® certification. Mandi brings over 10 years of experience guiding strategic programs across multiple industries.

Kelly Smith joins the team as a Family Office Coordinator. She is responsible for providing comprehensive administration support, day-to-day service of account needs and helping support the efforts of The Family Office at Greenleaf Trust. Kelly has more than 20 years of experience in the finance and banking industry, with a strong foundation in operations, client service and complex workflow management. She brings a seasoned, people‑centered approach to her work and is committed to delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
