The Family Office at Greenleaf Trust is pleased to welcome Family Office Director of Community Development and Social Impact, Debby Kasemeyer. Debby has over 30 years of extensive direct experience working with nonprofits, foundations and institutions in the deployment of capital to create positive long term sustainable change in underserved communities. Using investment structures such as community development financial institutions, pay for success, new market tax credit, low-income housing tax credits along with grants, she has built a national reputation for creative solutions and deep community partnerships. She brings philanthropic and impact investing consulting services to clients who are working to deepen their own connection and impact in their philanthropic work as well as those who may be interested in learning more about the tools and strategies for the first time. Debby received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University.

Nicole Simon joins the Retirement Plan Division as a Relationship Service Associate. She is responsible for providing administrative support, day-to-day servicing of accounts and driving the efforts of the relationship management team. She ensures clear, concise communication by coordinating the team’s workflow and acts as an ongoing resource for clients. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Western Michigan University.

The client centric team adds Team Service Coordinators, Victoria Atkins and Emily Talcott. Victoria and Emily are responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, day-to-day servicing of account needs and driving the efforts of the client centric team. They ensure clear, concise communication by coordinating the team’s workflow and act as an ongoing resource for clients.

Victoria, in Greenleaf Trust’s Midland office, has 10 years of experience in administration and customer service. She received her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in agricultural economics with a focus in finance and real estate.

In Kalamazoo, Emily is an alumna of Western Michigan University, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in arts management, event management and nonprofit leadership.
