April 2019, Kalamazoo and Birmingham, MI – Greenleaf Trust announces promotions and new hires

Greenleaf Trust is proud to announce the promotion of two employees, as well as the addition of a new team member:

After a year of service as Participant Services Coordinator, Lisa Hojnacki has been promoted to Participant Services Coordinator – Team Lead in the retirement plan division. In addition to providing education and communication services to retirement plan participants, she will lead the aggregate efforts of the participant services team.

Michal Mikrut has been promoted to Senior Wealth Management Associate located in the Birmingham office. He has been with Greenleaf Trust for one year and will continue support the wealth management team in the development of wealth management plans as he pursues his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.

Jackie Sperling joins Greenleaf Trust as a Recordkeeping Analyst – Team Lead in Kalamazoo. Jackie’s primary responsibilities include day-to-day recordkeeping of participant retirement accounts and annual compliance work on retirement plans, as well as ensuring that participant account balances are accurately maintained and that plans retain their qualified status. Jackie has 20 years of experience in banking, 401k plan administration and human resources. She is a graduate of the Western Michigan University Haworth College of Business with a degree in human resources management.
