Greenleaf Trust announces promotions

Quinn McCormick has been promoted to compliance specialist. Quinn is responsible for assisting with Greenleaf Trust’s compliance and risk management processes through policy and procedure development, regulatory research and implementation, and process improvement initiatives. She has been in financial services with Greenleaf Trust for over five years, and her organizational experience along with her problem solving skillset are essential in supporting our culture of compliance. Quinn is a graduate of Kalamazoo College where she earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics.

Brian Schafer has been promoted to wealth management associate. He is responsible for supporting the wealth management team in the development of comprehensive wealth management plans, the execution of goal-based planning, and the management of investment portfolios. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University.

Andrea Stidmon has been promoted to senior trust operations analyst – senior team lead. She provides leadership to the Client Accounts Team and is responsible for daily oversight of trust operations performed to accurately reflect all client account activity. Andrea has a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and an M.B.A. from Bowling Green State University.

Todd Tetzlaff has been promoted to systems architect – team lead. Todd’s responsibilities are to oversee the BIS infrastructure team as well as the systems infrastructure. He has over 21 years of experience working in the IT industry, earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Grand Valley State University and has accumulated several technical industry certifications.

Kim Van Duine has been promoted to vice president, assistant director of business information services. Kim is responsible for oversight of the project management practice and technical vendor relationships. She is also the governance, risk and compliance liaison for the Business Information Services team.  Kim has over 15 years of project leadership experience with a financial industry focus for over five years.
