Kalamazoo, MI, February 2012 — Greenleaf Trust recently announced the hire of five new team members.

Carol E. Duck, CPA has joined the Operations Division as Tax, Reporting and Compliance Team Lead. Carol will provide leadership and support for the Tax, Reporting and Compliance (TRC) team which is responsible for reporting to clients their investment activities and performance; client and organizational tax reporting; and organizational compliance. Carol’s experience includes over 17 years in public accounting with a concentration in tax as well as over 2 years in non-profit finance leadership. A member of the America Institute of CPAs and Michigan Association of CPAs, she is a summa cum laude graduate of Western Michigan University.

Rosalice C. Hall has joined the Retirement Plan Division as Team Service Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. Rosie works alongside the Director and Assistant Director of the Retirement Plan Division offering comprehensive support and administrative assistance within the division. She has over 10 years experience in administration within the health field, and earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources and business administration with a minor in economics from Western Michigan University.

Rhonda L. Henion has joined the Trust Operations Processing Team as Operations Technician. Involved in all aspects of operations, including cash processing and reconcilement, Rhonda has over 20 years of diverse customer service experience including 14 years in trust operations and 10 years of office management. She attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College and the American Institute of Banking.

Katie D. Hyet has joined the Greenleaf Team as Internal Auditor. She is responsible for conducting audit procedures to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, fiduciary principles, and state and federal laws and regulations. Katie has more than 12 years of experience in the financial industry, including six years as a trust examiner. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Davenport University, and is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute Fiduciary and Investment Risk Management School. Additionally, Katie is a Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist.

Ashley D. Longoria has joined the Operations Division as Operations Technician. A member of the Administrative Support Team, Ashley’s main responsibilities include document preparation, account opening, account maintenance and preparing procedures. Ashley is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom II and has a tax professional certification.
