Greenleaf Trust announces new hire

Kalamazoo, MI — September 13, 2012

Greenleaf Trust, the Michigan-based wealth management firm,
today announced the hiring of Thomas L. Drews, who will serve as Executive Vice President and Director of
Operations. Mr. Drews is accountable for leading Greenleaf Trust’s Operations Division which consists of
account administration, processing, tax, reporting and compliance. He has more than 20 years of experience
in global manufacturing and service industries, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Michigan
State University.
