T’Ausia Bronson joins Greenleaf Trust as a human resources coordinator. T’Ausia is primarily responsible for a variety of administrative, compliance, legal and recruiting tasks. In addition to providing support during the interview process, her duties are focused on increasing talent within the pipeline and improving tactics for recruitment. T’Ausia earned her bachelor of business administration in human resources management at Western Michigan University.
