Greenleaf Trust Announces New Addition to Board of Directors

Greenleaf Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Manns to its Board of Directors.

At the regularly scheduled August Board of Directors meeting, the board unanimously voted to accept the nomination of Bill Manns to the Board of Directors of Greenleaf Financial Holding Company, Greenleaf Trust National Association and Greenleaf Trust Delaware.

Bill Manns is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bronson Healthcare, the largest employer and leading healthcare system in Southwest Michigan. With more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology and a master’s degree in Health Services Administration, both from the University of Michigan. In 2022, he was awarded an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from Kalamazoo College.

Bill is a proven leader and deeply engaged in the community, serving on numerous boards. He currently serves on the boards of the following organizations:
