Greenleaf Trust is proud to announce diversity and inclusion certification for Lisa Luebke.

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Lisa Luebke has been awarded the Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR) designation through AIRS® Training. The program provides talent acquisition professionals step-by-step plans for discovering hard to find diverse talent and teaches how to build pipelines of diverse talent. They also cover how to target and locate the right resources and how to use those resources to implement a solid sourcing strategy to find and attract diverse candidates.

Lisa is responsible for meeting the evolving needs of Greenleaf Trust and finding the best talent for each position. She develops partnerships with leaders and manages the recruiting process, including finding creative and innovative ways to attract and search for top talent. Lisa is a graduate of Western Michigan University and earned her bachelor of science in elementary education/early childhood.
