Senior Trust Relationship Associate, Jenny Sowell, recently received her Certified Trust Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation. Jenny is responsible for day-to-day trust administration and fiduciary compliance while coordinating estate and tax planning strategies with other professional advisors for her clients. She has nearly 15 years of experience in the law practice industry as a paralegal specializing in estate planning, trust administration and estate settlement. Jenny has also earned her Level 1 and Level 2 American Bankers Association Wealth and Trust School certificates.

The CTFA designation is awarded to individuals who demonstrate excellence in the field of wealth management and trust. To qualify for the CTFA certification, individuals must have certain levels of experience and education in the trust profession, pass an exam, and agree to abide by a code of ethics. The CTFA exam covers many areas including fiduciary and trust activities, financial planning, tax law and planning investment management and ethics.
