Human resources coordinator receives CHRS Certification

Human resources coordinator T’Ausia Bronson has earned the Certified Human Resources Specialist (CHRS) certification from Michigan State University, the premier certification for HR professionals and managers who want to add greater value through a thorough understanding of human resources management.

T’Ausia  is primarily responsible for a variety of administrative, compliance, legal and recruiting tasks. In addition to providing support during the interview process, her duties are focused on increasing talent within the pipeline and improving tactics for recruitment. T’Ausia earned her bachelor of business administration in human resources management at Western Michigan University and Certified Human Resources Specialist designation through Michigan State University.
