Greenleaf Trust announces CAPM® designation

Jermaine Johnson, Kristen Rollins and Todd Tetzlaff earned their Certified Associate in Project Management credentials.

Jermaine Johnson, Kristen Rollins and Todd Tetzlaff recently earned their Certified Associate in Project Management credentials. Offered by the Project Management Institute, the CAPM^® is a globally recognized certification that demonstrates foundational project management knowledge and an understanding of industry-standard project management practices. The credential equips professionals with the tools and techniques needed to effectively plan, coordinate and execute projects while supporting successful outcomes for teams and organizations.

Jermaine is responsible for researching and administering application support for Greenleaf Trust. The solutions he delivers maximize efficiency by leveraging workflows and sharing data across multiple platforms. Jermaine has a decade of banking and financial services experience. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Western Michigan University and a master’s in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Kristen is responsible for installing, maintaining and monitoring systems and network infrastructure, ensuring security and reliability. She also contributes to the design, implementation and integration of new systems and technology within Greenleaf Trust. Kristen earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Western Michigan University and holds multiple industry certifications.

Todd is responsible for overseeing the BIS infrastructure team as well as the systems infrastructure. He has over 25 years of experience working in the IT industry, earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Grand Valley State University and has accumulated several technical industry certifications.
