Greenleaf Trust adds to the Retirement Plan Division and The Family Office at Greenleaf Trust

Greenleaf Trust is pleased to welcome two new teammates and announce the promotion of Steve Wilbur.

Joining the Retirement Plan Division, Greenleaf Trust welcomes Katie Mallette, QPA®, QKA®, ERPA as senior recordkeeping analyst – team lead. Katie’s primary responsibilities include day-to-day recordkeeping of participant retirement accounts and annual compliance work on retirement plans, as well as ensuring that participant account balances are accurately maintained and that plans retain their qualified status. Katie has over 19 years of experience in 401(k) administration. A graduate of Western Michigan University with an accounting degree, she has earned the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA®), Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA®), and Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) designations.

As part of the Family Office at Greenleaf Trust, Dan Rausch joins the team as family office portfolio management associate. Dan is responsible for the coordination and oversight of investment advisory services, portfolio construction, and monitoring as well as comprehensive multi-generational wealth planning.  Prior to joining Greenleaf Trust, Dan worked for a global trust company in portfolio management. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Cedarville University and a master’s degree in business administration from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Steve Wilbur has been promoted to family office portfolio management associate for the Family Office at Greenleaf Trust. Joining Greenleaf Trust in 2021, he is now responsible for the coordination and oversight of investment advisory services, portfolio construction, and monitoring as well as comprehensive multi-generational wealth planning. Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in business, with an emphasis in finance and operations from Hope College. He is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
