Crain’s Detroit Recognizes Greenleaf Trust as One of the Top 2025 Best Places to Work in Southeast Michigan

Greenleaf Trust is honored to be named among the top ranked companies by Crain’s Detroit 2025 Best Places to Work in Southeast Michigan, a recognition award conducted in partnership with Workforce Research Group.

The annual award celebrates organizations that excel at cultivating strong team relationships, attracting and retaining top talent and fostering workplace cultures that drive both employee satisfaction and business success. This year’s list features 92 companies across the region.

To be considered, companies completed a two-part survey process. The first component consisted of an employer questionnaire that accessed policies and practices including PTO, benefits, perks, training and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.  This part of the process was worth approximately 20% of the total evaluation. The second component consisted of an employee survey that measured key areas such as workplace culture, role satisfaction, training, leadership and work-life balance. This part of the process was worth approximately 80% of the total evaluation. Combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.
