Trump Account Investments

Take-Away: On July 1, 2026, the Department of Treasury identified the initial default investments for a Trump Account. Initial contributions to a Trump Account (TA) will be invested in State Street SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 ETF. Treasury has identified the following low-cost index ETFs as permissible Trump Account investments: (i) ishares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV); (ii) Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF (iii) State Street SPDR Portfolio S&P Portfolio 1500 Composite Stock Market ETF (SPTM); and (iv) ishares Core S&P total U.S. Stock Market ETF (ITOT.)
