November 2026 AFR’s

The applicable federal rates (AFRs) of interest for November 2026 follow.

Short-term (1-3 years): 4.67% annual; 4.62% semi-annual; 4.59% quarterly; 4.58% monthly

Mid-term    (3-9 years): 5.08% annual; 5.02% semi-annual;  4.99% quarterly;  4.97% monthly

Long-term  (9 + years): 5.52% annual; 5.45% semi-annual;  5.41% quarterly;  5.39% monthly

The IRC 7520 rate that is used to value retained interests in QPRTs, GRATs, CRUTs, and life estates is 6.20%.
