Steve McKiddy

Steve provides financial guidance and broad counsel to the Executive Leadership Team at Greenleaf Trust. He leads the finance and accounting organization and directs the company’s fiscal functions in accordance with regulatory and governing requirements. Steve also collaborates with the Board of Directors, CEO, and other members of the Executive Council on capital allocation, long range planning, risk management and real estate. He has over 20 years of leadership experience, primarily with complex multi-national firms, and has served extensively as a financial executive in both customer and operationally oriented roles. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in business and accounting from Miami University and earned his executive Master of Business Administration from Bowling Green Schmidthorst College of Business, graduating with dual honors.
