Thomas L. Drews, CTOP™

Tom leads the Operations, Business Information Services and Governance, Risk & Compliance Divisions of Greenleaf Trust. He is responsible for setting overall direction for the company with special focus on continuous improvement, while ensuring appropriate process, budget and governance controls. Tom has over 25 years of leadership experience with several service and global manufacturing companies, and 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Michigan State University, has earned the Certified Trust Operations Professional (CTOP™) designation, and serves on the finance and audit committees of the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra.
