Lisa is responsible for meeting the evolving needs of Greenleaf Trust and finding the best talent for each position. She develops partnerships with leaders and manages the recruiting process, including finding creative and innovative ways to attract and search for top talent. Lisa is a graduate of Western Michigan University and earned her bachelor of science in elementary education/early childhood. Lisa also completed the Professional Certificate in Human Resources and Talent Management through Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business and is a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter through AIRS.
