Assistant Vice President, Senior CRM Engineer

• Salena plays a pivotal role at Greenleaf Trust, where she oversees projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Her focus is on integrating data, streamlining processes and optimizing technology applications to better serve clients. Salena earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on business management from Western Michigan University. She has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Katlynn Brown

IT Service Specialist

• Katlynn provides support in the hardware refresh lifecycle by provisioning new computers and participating in the Helpdesk Support, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, consulting with other departments to help assist with various needs, and training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs. Katlynn has five years of internal support experience.

Ondrea Brussee

Database Application Support Specialist

• Ondrea provides support and administration of applications within database systems. She is also responsible for data reporting, data visualization and process documentation. Ondrea is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in political science and public administration.

Gabrielle D. Contesti

Senior Project Manager

• Gabrielle is responsible for the oversight of projects and identifying areas for process improvement. She works with all divisions to help lead successful and timely implementations. A graduate of Western Michigan University, Gabrielle has 15 years of experience in the financial industry.

Jermaine J. Johnson

Senior Applications Systems Analyst - Team Lead

• Jermaine is responsible for researching and administering application support for Greenleaf Trust. The solutions he delivers maximize efficiency by leveraging workflows and sharing data across multiple platforms. Jermaine has a decade of banking and financial services experience. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Western Michigan University and a master’s in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Luke Paxson

IT Service Specialist

• Luke is responsible for providing technical support to the Greenleaf Trust team. He has experience supporting a wide variety of systems and devices. Luke earned his Bachelors of Science in network administration and security from Davenport University, as well as other industry certifications covering general PC support and Microsoft cloud computing platforms.

Kristen L. Rollins, CCNA, GSEC

Network Engineer

• Kristen is responsible for installing, upgrading and monitoring systems and network infrastructure. She ensures the availability and security of systems and helps teammates with technical issues. Kristen earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Western Michigan University.

Joel Saukas

Salesforce Administrator

• Joel is responsible for providing support for the Salesforce CRM by evaluating and testing Salesforce maintenance releases, documenting Salesforce-related application enhancements, and working with the internal Salesforce Admin Team to understand and resolve user issues. He graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in education. Joel has three years of Salesforce experience, and is actively pursuing his official Salesforce Administrator Certification.

Mercedes M. Sims, CAPM®

Project Manager

• Mercedes is responsible for the oversight of projects and identifying areas for process improvement. She works with all divisions to help lead successful and timely implementations. Mercedes has a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from Western Michigan University. She is also a Certified Associate in Project Management through the Project Management Institute.

Brian J. Smolinski

Senior Business Information Analyst

• Brian is responsible for improving efficiency and effectiveness throughout Greenleaf Trust by aligning and leveraging data, processes and applications, and working as a liaison between the Data Management Team and end users. He has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, including trust operations, trust investments, and wealth management. Brian is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in finance.

Robert G. Taylor

Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

• Rob compiles data from various sources, cleanses and loads the data warehouse, and produces actionable information. Rob has almost 30 years of experience and is a graduate of Spring Arbor University, having earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Todd A. Tetzlaff

Systems Architect - Team Lead

• Todd’s responsibilities are to oversee the BIS infrastructure team as well as the systems infrastructure. He has over 21 years of experience working in the IT industry, earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Grand Valley State University and has accumulated several technical industry certifications.
